Mountain Park recognizes the connection between emotional and physical health in our patients. Mountain Park has put into practice an integrated behavioral health program that allows doctors and behavioral health practitioners the opportunity to work in concert on behalf of our patients.
Collaborative care team
Mountain Park uses an innovative team approach to to help improve the care patients receive when they have been diagnosed with a chronic illness. Because these conditions can affect patient in a variety of ways, Mountain Park uses an innovative team approach. Doctors, pharmacists, dieticians, and behavioral health practitioners all work as a team to treat the special needs of patients with chronic medical conditions.
