All Mountain Park clinics are JCAHO accredited. The accreditation process is a commitment to quality, safety and employee education so you the patient has a healthcare home you trust.
As a recipient of JCAHO's Gold Seal of Approval, patients are assured Mountain Park is an organization committed to quality.
If you have a complaint about the care you have received at a Mountain Park clinic you feel has not been addressed by the management, you have the opportunity to inform JCAHO.
Complaints can be submitted online, by mail, fax, or e-mail. Issues need to be Summarized in one to two pages and include the name, street address, city, and state of the health care organization.
